Sugar levels are about 11%. Needs to be about 18-20% to make good wine. harvest planned for second week of October as long
as the weather holds good.

Fortyhall Vineyard
Forty Hall Vineyard is a new project led by Capel Manor Horticultural College. The vineyard is situated at Forty Hall Organic Farm, which is leased to Capel Manor College by the London Borough of
Enfield. The vineyard is a social enterprise with profits returned to the college charity to promote education about sustainable
urban agriculture. The vineyard will be community driven and will provide educational, volunteering and therapeutic horticulture
opportunities to a wide range of local people.
